seek the best professional care. It’s a career based on
relationship building. One’s reputation is built on skillful
handling of the animals, ability to satisfy the horse owner requests
(customer satisfaction) and education of the owners.
- Must be well-organized but flexible to changes in schedule
- Must be sociable and enjoy dealing with the public
- Must be outgoing, energetic, and confident.
- Must have good time management skills
- Must be able to teach
- Must be willing to listen to owners and respect their opinions
- Must be able to think critically, act logically to evaluate
situations
